Made for Siskiyou Buckle Co. Ashland, Oregon by Bergamot Brass Works in 1991.
Made in USA.
Solid Pewter with blue & white epoxy colors.
WATCH OUT for cheap China imitations.
Approximately measurements of this buckle:

1 5/8" (4,0 cm.) Max. Belt Width.
